Jack is one of the Founding Partners of MDD Forensic Accountants.
Jack specializes in forensic accounting assignments that require an in-depth examination of domestic and multinational accounting as well as operating and financial records.
He has more than five decades of worldwide experience and has worked on some of the most significant and complex claims related to physical damages, business interruption, extra expenses, lost profits, business disputes, product liability & product recall, environmental damages and subrogation matters. He has also been engaged on a wide variety of assignments in the catastrophe services area, including those pertaining to accidents at nuclear power plants, terrorist attacks, product contamination incidents and damages resulting from natural disasters.
Jack is a ARIAS-U.S. Certified Arbitrator and he has provided expert witness testimony on numerous occasions in Federal, state and foreign courts on issues such as business disputes, class action matters for both plaintiff and defendant, lost profits and predatory pricing.
A highly regarded speaker, Jack has presented seminars, workshops and papers on a wide range of topics related to his global experience and expertise.
A Vietnam War veteran, Jack served his country as a LTJG in the U.S. Navy. He is a graduate of Boston College.
